Are You Lulling Your Brain To Sleep?
I woke up this morning at 5:30am and decided to create a new reality.
Not what I had to do today…but how I wanted my day to feel like today emotionally and energetically..so I lay still almost in a meditative state and allowed the emotion of happiness, creativity and accomplishment come over me.
After about 10 minutes my eyes opened and I got up with a peace of mind and a spring in my step ready to conquer this glorious Monday!
One of my favorite authors and Dr’s of the mind, Dr Joe Dispenza shares in the The Secret that “You bring about what you think about”, that is the law of attraction and that is the power we have to design our destiny and that our brain is not hard wired, yet it is elastic and can change.
Whatever you concentrate your thoughts and feelings upon grows into your living reality. Your inner most dominant thoughts become our outermost tangible reality. Until you plant flowers into the garden of your mind you will forever pull weeds.
This goes for toxic people, experiences and environments.
In the last 10 years of my life I have become very aware of who I allow into my life, my brain and my environment for this simple reason…What you think about , the people you surround yourself with, will either add to your life or infect it.
So today take some time to FEEL how you want your day to be…
Create an environment of people, environments, and thoughts that will serve you today in creating the most UNSTOPPABLE Monday you can ever imagine.
This article from Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of the most powerful reads. I want to share it with you so that you can benefit as I have.
The images that we create in our mind as we process different streams of consciousness leave footprints in the vast endless fields of neurological landscape, which creates the identity called “you.” For the “you” as a sentient being is immersed and truly exists in the interconnected electrical web of cellular brain tissue. How our nerve cells are specifically arranged by what we learn, what we remember, what we experience, what we envision for ourselves, what we fear, as well as what we think about ourselves defines us individually and it is reflected in our internal neurological wiring.
We are a work in progress.
His approach, taught in a very simple method, creates a bridge between true human potential and the latest scientific theories of neuroplasticity. He explains how thinking in new ways, as well as changing beliefs, can literally rewire one’s brain. The premise of his work is founded in his total conviction that every person on this planet has within them, the latent potential of greatness and true unlimited abilities.
His new book, Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind connects the subjects of thought and consciousness with the brain, the mind, and the body. The book explores “the biology of change.” That is, when we truly change our mind, there is a physical evidence of change in the brain.
As an author of several scientific articles on the close relationship between the brain and the body, Dr. Dispenza ties information together to explain the roles these functions play in physical health and disease.
Routine Lulls Our Brain To Sleep..
In his research into spontaneous remissions, Dr. Dispenza has found similarities in people who have experienced so-called miraculous healings, showing that they have actually changed their mind, which then changed their health.
One of the scientists, researchers, and teachers featured in the award winning film, “What the BLEEP Do We Know!?” Dr. Dispenza is often remembered for his comments on how a person can create their day, which he discussed in the film. He also has guest appearances in the theatrical directors cut, “What the BLEEP Down the Rabbit Hole.. as well as the extended Quantum Edition DVD set.
