Exercise is a Great Way to stay Positive
I’m doing the Zumba workout at the moment which is a fitness DVD with a mix of Latin and international music. With Zumba you’re meant to “party your way into shape” by burning calories whilst dancing. This is a video of my first Zumba workout, but I’ll be a pro in three months!
It is so much fun! I love to dance, and have become especially fond of Latin dance. The Zumba fitness workout DVDs feature an array of Latin music including salsa, samba and merengue, with hip hop beats and a blend of moves…super fun! Zumba was created by celebrity fitness trainer Beto Perez, who decided to combine the Latin rhythms from his native country of Columbia with dance moves that increase your fitness and help you get a great body. It has become a really popular dance fitness workout and I love it!
Exercise is a great way to be happy and increase your positivity levels. When you exercise you produce endorphins which make you feel happy and improve your well-being. Not only will you look better, but you’ll have more energy for other things in your life. Ideas will come to you, you’ll have more drive for business and you’ll feel fitter and healthier. Remember, your body is a temple!
